Am I obligated to activate wage codes for vacation allowance and 13th month?
If these pay elements have been agreed with your employees by contract and have been stated as SVB wages to the SVB, you are obligated to calculate and contribute the correct SVB premiums and have to activate the wage codes for them. On a monthly basis these payments will have to be included in the SVB wages and the declaration. If you do not activate these codes, no SVB premiums will be calculated and contributed.
