I cannot use a wage code as a fixed code in the employee data, why is that?

Only wage codes that are paid out or deducted every month can be entered at the employees fixed wage codes & taxed fringe benefits.

You can enter variable deductions and allowances, such as overtime or bonus, during processing the open pay run.

Memory support: when you cannot set the wage codes as fixed codes in the employee data, you only can use them in the payroll run.
