When will the HRM-module fees be charged by Celery?

Our HRM-fees will be charged per month afterwards, on the 1st of the next month. But only if the HRM-module has been switched ON in a certain month. It does not matter how many days it was switched ON.

So if you do not want to be charged for our HRM-fees, the HRM-module should be switched OFF the full month.
