What do I enter as Work Schedule for employees that work on flexible hours?
This concerns for example employees that do work 40 hours per week, but not on fixed working schedules or -times. Or employees that do not work a fixed number of hours but that work on hourly basis.
These kind of employees have to assigned to a Vacation Policy in which all days are switched off, see below.
These employees have to specify in their time-off request a start and end time per day themselves.
