Why are some documents still in the other language, even when I have changed the language choice?

There are two reasons for this:

  • The documents will be generated in the language selected at that moment that the documents are generated. After a language switch, it is still possible to change the documents into another language by re-opening the pay run and to finalize it again. After that, all document are generated all over again in the language selected.
  • Some of the documents, for example the periodic declarations and year-end documents, have an official lay-out with a specific mandatory language. This language can differ from the language selected. These documents will not be translated into another language.
