I see different amounts of Small Income Allowance (in Dutch: Reparatietoeslag) in a reopened pay run. How is that possible?
On May 24, 2018 the Tax Authorities informed Payroll software providers regarding 3 new Small Income Allowance Tables (see attachment):
1) per July 1, 2018
2) per March 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017 and
3) per August 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018.
The dates on which these tables changed, are the dates of changes in the minimum wage. But table numbers 2 and 3 were never introduced and informed at the time of the actual change.
So recently, in June 2018, we updated these 3 tables in Celery. These new tables number 2 and 3 might be the cause of changes in the Small Income Allowances in reopened pay runs processed before July 2018.
We regret and apologize for these changes that were updated too late in Celery, but we were informed too late by the Tax Authorities.
