  • Modified on: Fri, 9 Oct, 2026 at 1:35 PM

Wage code 25 is for regular pay on a public holiday. Wage code 310 is for overtime on a public holiday.

Wage code 25, Gross regular holiday pay 100%

  • Use it for the employee’s regular pay on a public holiday.
  • It counts toward social insurance premiums.
  • In every other way, it works the same as wage code 10, Gross salary.

Wage code 310, Overtime holiday pay 100%

  • Use it for overtime on a public holiday. Overtime means hours worked on top of the 8 regular working hours per day.
  • It does not count toward social insurance premiums.

The social insurance rules apply in Aruba (SVb), Curaçao (SVB) and Sint Maarten (SZV).

Good to know: You can make a copy of both codes.
