Yes, overtime hours more than 40 hours a week are paid at the rate of 150.00% of the employees' regular pay rate. And unless pre-approved by the Labor Minister, an employer shall not employ any person in excess of twelve hours in any period of twenty-four hours subject to a maximum of sixty hours in any period of one hundred and sixty-eight hours.
