For health insurance in Surinam, you can use 3 wage codes:

1. Wage code 380 
2. Wage code 780
3. Wage code 560

Wage code 380 is the Untaxed contribution sickness insurance, wage code 780 is the Deduction medical contribution and wage code 560 is the Taxed fringe benefit free medical treatmentof SRD 200 per year (16,67 per month).

If you wish to change the name of wage codes 380 and 780, that's possible by duplicating these wage codes.

Don't forget to add these 3 wage codes in the fixed information of the employees. Especially wage code 560 Taxed fringe benefit free medical treatment. If you forget to add wage code 560, it will not appear automatically on the Wage tax card of the employees.
