Password reset, passwordless login and account access
Resetting your password
- Go to app.celerypayroll.com in the Chrome browser.
- Click "Forgot your password?".
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.
- Click the link and set a new password.
Passwordless login
Use only the most recently received login link. Older links are invalid.
Wait 2 to 3 minutes after requesting a link before opening it.
The reset/login link is valid for 24 hours.
Password requirements
- Minimum 8 characters.
- Minimum 1 number.
- Minimum 1 symbol.
No access to your registered email address
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your account, contact your employer. Your employer can update your email address on your employee record in Celery. Support cannot update this on your behalf.
Still unable to log in
Contact your employer to have a new activation or login link sent to you.
