Payroll - step 2: Upgrade a Trial Account
1. Click the green "Upgrade now " button at the top of your screen.
2. Enter your billing information when asked.
- You will receive a one-time setup invoice of USD 15.00(excluding tax).
If your offer said no setup fee is needed but you still got an invoice, email billing@celerypayroll.com. - Fill in the needed information
- Click on Upgrade

2b. Remove demo employer?
When you upgrade your account, Celery will ask if you want to remove the demo employer.
When you first signed up, Celery automatically created a fake company for you to practice with. You no longer need this.
Click "Yes, remove" to delete the demo company and all its test pay runs.
If you click "No, keep it," the demo company stays in your account. Any pay runs done under that demo company will show up on your real invoice.
Don't worry about your trial period — any pay runs you did during the trial will not be charged.

3. Check your email for a link to the invoice.
- Don't see it? Check your junk/spam folder.
- You can also find all your invoices in your account (top right, next to your name - Account - Account Information).

- Celery bills automatically, once a month, for the previous month. For example: your April invoice covers everything processed in March.
- If you processed several months in one month, they will all appear on the next invoice.
4. Pay the invoice.
- Paying by credit card through your account? Your account is upgraded right away and you can start working immediately. Click on Pay Now next to the invoice, fill in the payment method and proceed.

5. Log in and get started.
- Go to login.celerypayroll.com and log in with your username and password.
6. Next step: Create your employer(s)
